Ingredients:

- 1 box of your favorite brownie mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or grease 40 mini-muffin cups.

Prepare boxed brownie mix as directed. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups (about 1 heaping teaspoon). Bake for 13-15 minutes or until top is set and a toothpick inserted into center comes out slightly wet. After brownies are out of the oven, wait for centers to fall. This will happen upon cooling. If not then tap the centers with the back of a teaspoon to make a hole for the peanut butter.

Place peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 45 seconds then stir. While brownies are still warm spoon about half a teaspoon of peanut butter into the center of each brownie. Top with semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Cool completely in pan.

Delicious!!

  1. In a large pan over low heat, cook butter, sugar and water until butter is melted. Add chocolate chips and stir until partially melted. Remove from heat and continue to stir until chocolate is completely melted. Pour into a large bowl and let stand 10 minutes to cool off slightly.
  2. At high speed, beat in eggs, one at a time into chocolate mixture. Reduce speed to low and add dry ingredients, beating until blended. Chill dough about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  4. Roll dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes. While cookies are baking unwrap mints and divide each in half. When cookies are brought out of the oven, put 1/2 mint on top of each cookie. Let the mint sit for up to 5 minutes until melted, then spread the mint on top of the cookie. Eat and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 large bananas
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I prefer dark chocolate, but use whatever you like)
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes

Preparation:

  1. Set out a large plate or bowl with a piece of parchment or wax paper on it.
  2. Cut up the bananas into good-sized chunks. Each banana should give you around 5 to 6 pieces.
  3. Heat the peanut butter and chocolate chips in the microwave on high for about a minute. Then stir until smooth.
  4. Dip the banana pieces in the chocolate-peanut butter mixture. Lay them out leaving some space between them on the parchment/wax paper. Then when you've "covered" them all, use the remaining mixture to spoon over the tops.
  5. Then sprinkle the unsweetened coconut flakes on top. Transfer to the freezer for about an hour until hardened.
  6. You can enjoy them like this, butI suggest then covering with some plastic wrap (or in a Rubbermaid container) and allow to freeze overnight.

These are so delicious!

cups cake flour

  • 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups milk (any kind you prefer)
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1 pinchs salt
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 pounds milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, separated

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Butter and flour two 9-inch-square cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk cake flour, cocoa, and baking powder. In a medium saucepan, melt butter in milk over low heat. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool slightly. Whisk in egg yolks and 1/2 cup of the sugar. Add the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  3. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining 1/2 cup sugar and beat at medium-high speed until whites are stiff and glossy. Fold beaten whites into the batter until no streaks remain. Divide batter between the pans and, bake for 25 minutes, until the cakes are springy and a toothpick inserted in the centers comes out clean. Transfer the cakes to a rack and let cool completely.
  4. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, bring cream to a simmer. Put chocolate in a heatproof bowl and pour hot cream on top. Let stand for 3 minutes, then whisk until smooth. Let frosting stand at room temperature, stirring occasionally, until thick enough to spread, about 1 hour.
Turn the cakes out of the pans and put one layer on a plate. Top with 1 cup of frosting, spreading it to the edge. Top with the second layer and spread remaining frosting over the top and sides. Let the cake stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.  Recipe adapted from delish.com.

Ingredients:

- 1 can of coconut milk

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- honey or agave to taste

Preparation:

Empty coconut milk into a bowl and refrigerate overnight.  The next morning, it should be a very thick consistancy.  Whip in the remaining ingredients with a fork or a beater until you are left with a thick, chocolatey treat!  Perfect alone as a mouse dessert, or atop a cake as frosting!

Ingredients:

  •  3 cups chocolate chips(semi-sweet or dark chocolate is good, in the pictures above I used dark chocolate)
  • 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 a tsp of salt(fleur de sel is preferable but i have used regular table salt sometimes)
  • 1 1/2 a tsp of vanilla
  • if you really want to add some sort of nuts or something go ahead!(i recommend about a cup)

Preparation:

  1. Line an 8 x 8 pan with aluminum foil
  2. Mix together the chocolate, condensed milk, and salt in a medium pan, until the chocolate is completely melted and blended in.
  3. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla.
  4. working quickly pour the mixture into the lined pan(or else it will cool and harden, and when you’re smoothing the top, it’ll start cracking[it will look like its cracking], and it will look strange)
  5. Cool in the refridgerator for at least 45 minutes or until it is completely cold and firm.
  6. To cut it: make sure you use a knife with no ridges, or anything on the blade, other wise the edges of the fudge pieces will look strange.

This recipe is so easy, you will want to have fudge on-hand all the time!  Adapted from Baking Addiction
